General Shipping Information
We offer free international express shipping with no minimum spend to most countries (except for remote areas which our customer care team will get in touch with you).
All deliveries are tracked and some might needed to be signed for.
Delivery times will be 5-9 working days in general and are for in stock products only. Custom-made products will be typically ready in 10-15 working days and will be shipped out subsequently.
Please note that any country, regional, or local charges and/or tax is/are the sole responsibility of the buyer as we do not collect sales tax on behalf during the purchase.
PO Box Addresses
We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.
Delivery at Weekends & Holidays
Weekend and public holidays delivery varies globally; if items cannot be delivered on such days, usually it will be delivered in the next working day.
Please expect extra time on delivery during or just before peak festivities period.
