What is the return policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 30 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a refund credited to the payment method used in the original sales transaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Engraved or customised pieces have been personalised so they are non-returnable/ non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How do I return my item?
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, and are sent to the designated return warehouses convenient to you at your own cost (exceptions may apply if items are wrongly delivered or faulty). Please contact our customer care team at cs@kipajewel.com or leave us your contact in HELP session under MENU.
We would always recommend retaining your proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your goods.
Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.
Processing your refund
Upon receipt of items, the payment method originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 10 business days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How do I return my gift?
To return your gift all you need is the order or purchase reference number which can be found in one of the below places: Web Order Confirmation Email, Web Order Dispatch Email.
If you don’t have an order reference, not to worry. Just contact with our customer care team who can help out.
If you can, please have the name of the person who purchased your lovely gift at the ready so they can help locate the transaction for you!
